Ah-Mazing abs are made in the kitchen and built on the mat. This class will help you find your deepest core and then exhaust it. We throw in a few cardio bursts to toughen the game so you’ll feel wiped, but energized and ready to play hard (or sleep hard). Hands down one of our hardest classes, but always scalable, so no excuses!
Get the ultimate Pilates workout served with a side of extra sweaty goodness. We mix moves on (and off) the Reformer. Be ready for HIIT, TRX, plyometrics, and more, performed in heart-pounding sequences. Strengthen, lengthen, and tone lean muscles while also workin’ that cardio intensity in one of our most loved classes.
Oh my quad! Mavens, if you want to work your booty, abs, arms, and legs, while feeling like you do have moves like Jagger, get your peach this way. You’ll get barre time, mat time, and plenty of props to keep things fresh while your entire body shakes to the beat (okay, it’s mostly from exhaustion). Bare feet or sticky socks.
