PRIVATE SESSIONS

Michael, hailing from the vibrant city of Detroit, is not only a contemporary dancer and choreographer but also a dedicated Pilates instructor. His journey into the world of movement began at the tender age of 17, where he discovered his passion for dance. He further honed his skills at Oakland University, where he delved into the study of movement and immersed himself in the art of Pilates.

During the challenging times of the pandemic, Michael`s dedication to his craft and his dream never wavered. As soon as the world allowed, he made his way to the picturesque Salt Lake City to pursue his dream of performing and instructing amidst the breathtaking mountains. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have him as part of the Maven Strong team!

Michael`s mission is simple yet profound: to enhance your quality of life through movement. When you attend his classes, expect an infusion of high energy that`s bound to uplift your spirit. And when it comes to cueing, he`s in a league of his own – you won`t miss a beat!
